Are the villas rented whole?
Yes. Each villa is rented in its entirety, with its own private pool and garden: you share nothing with other guests.
How many guests can you accommodate?
From 8 guests (Prestige Villa, 4 bedrooms) to 16 guests (Master Villa, 8 bedrooms). For larger groups or events, several villas can be booked together.
Where is the estate?
In Sidi Yahia, in the Marrakech Palmeraie, 15 minutes from the medina and about 20 minutes from Marrakech-Menara airport.
Can you pick us up at the airport?
Yes, we arrange airport transfers and can provide a private driver throughout your stay.
Are children welcome?
Of course. The villas are ideal for families. Baby cots are available on request at no charge. Pools are not supervised: children remain their parents’ responsibility.
Can meals be served in the villa?
Yes. Our cooks prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner in your villa, Moroccan or international, to suit your tastes and dietary needs. Every villa also has a fully equipped kitchen.
Can the pool be heated?
On request and subject to availability, the pool can be heated for an extra charge. Just mention it in your quote request.
Is housekeeping included?
Yes, housekeeping is done daily, and bed and bath linen is provided.
Is there Wi-Fi and air conditioning?
Yes, Wi-Fi covers the whole villa, and bedrooms have air conditioning and heating.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed on the estate.
Can we hold a wedding or party?
Yes. The grounds of Villa Baccara (3,500 m²) can host more than 200 guests. We coordinate catering, decoration and entertainment.
