Who is responsible for your data?

We comply with Moroccan law no. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and, for guests living in the European Union, with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What data do we collect?

Only what you enter in the quote form: name, email, phone, dates and party details, children’s ages and your message. The site uses no cookies, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking tools. Fonts are hosted on our own server: browsing the site sends no data to Google or any other third party.

Why?

To answer your request, prepare your quote and, if you book, organise your stay. The legal basis is your request (pre-contractual steps) and your consent, given by ticking the box on the form. We will never send you a newsletter without your agreement.

Who can see it?

Only the Domaine Rosaroum reservations team. Your data is never sold, rented or passed on. It passes through our web host (OVH, France) and our email provider, acting as technical processors.

How long do we keep it?

Quote requests that do not lead to a booking are deleted no later than 3 years after our last exchange. Data of guests who have stayed with us is kept for as long as Moroccan accounting and tax rules require.

Anti-robot protection

To block automated submissions, the form asks your browser to perform a small invisible calculation, and our server keeps an encrypted fingerprint of your IP address (never the address itself) for 24 hours to limit the number of submissions.

Your rights

You may access, correct, object to the processing of, or request the deletion of your data at any time by writing to contact@domainerosaroum.com. You may also contact the CNDP (Morocco’s data protection authority, www.cndp.ma) or, if you live in the European Union, the data protection authority of your country.
